I got to work yesterday and found a professional photographer setting up a fancy mobile lighting kit. He was kind enough to let me watch him set up and shoot our CEO. The shoot is for a magazine (one of those "Inside Business" types) and I can't wait to see how it turns out.
We talked a bit about how hard it is to get someone you've just met to relax enough to get a good portrait. So when I saw that our CEO was nervous, I got our president to come by to make him laugh. This picture captures the moment my CEO relaxed.
